  1.               SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  3.       The VidSplitter is shareware. This means:
  4.  
  5. 1. All copyrights to VidSplitter are exclusively owned by GeoVid.
  6.  
  7. 2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 10 days. 
  8.    Following this test period of 10 days or less, if you wish to 
  9.    continue to use VidSplitter, you MUST register.
  10.  
  11. 3. You may read how to register in help or at our web site www.GeoVid.com.
  12.  
  13. 4. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use 
  14.    VidSplitter on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any 
  15.    legal purpose, at a time. The registered VidSplitter 
  16.    software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently 
  17.    transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this 
  18.    license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include 
  19.    the update and all previous versions.

  21. 5. The VidSplitter unregistered shareware version, may be freely
  22.    distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified.
  23.    No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of 
  24.    VidSplitter without written permission from the copyright holder.

  26. 6. VidSplitter IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS 
  27.    EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.  THE AUTHOR 
  28.    WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR 
  29.    ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  31. 7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, 
  32.    decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the 
  33.    licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as 
  34.    provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result 
  35.    in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result 
  36.    in criminal and/or civil prosecution.  All rights not expressly granted 
  37.    here are reserved by VidSplitter.

  39. 8. Installing and using VidSplitter signifies acceptance of these terms 
  40.    and conditions of the license.

  42. 9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove 
  43.    VidSplitter files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
